Have a good eating habits – Diet should be planned as per your weight and day to day activities. Breakfast is an important meal, having a good breakfast just gives the right start to your day. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, cereals (especially soybeans, green grams, sprouts) as it provides vitamins and also proteins. Daily Take a glass of milk as it provides calcium. Egg (sea-fish) and fish oil are very good for health. And for a non-vegetarian, you should eat meat and vegetables in balance. In your daily meal salad should always be there which provides your body good fiber.
